Amuse-toi bien! donated to Yukon elementary schools

Whitehorse CPF is pleased to announce that we have distributed 22 Amuse-toi bien! kits to Yukon schools.  

The kits were developed by CPF (national), in conjunction with Lacommission nationale des parents francophones (CNPF), through funding from the Department of Canadian Heritage.

The kits are a collection of games and activitiesfor families where French is not the dominate language at home or in theclass.  Amuse-toi bien! is a special aide designed specifically fornon-French speaking children. Designed for the youngest students,introduces French vocabulary so that the children feel less threatened in any FSL learning environment.

We hope that the Amuse-toi bien! kits will be a uselful and used resource to help our children with their teachers reach their full potential in studying French.
