Torch relay arrives in Richmond |

The Olympic Torch arrives in Richmond this afternoon. The torch relay will Start from Steveston Hwy and No.5 Rd at 4PM. Celebrations will start 6:45pmat the O Zone. The Richmond Chorus will be performing starting at 7pm. The torch will arrive at approximately 8pm and will feature Rick Hanson as thecauldron lighter. It's going to be an incredible night. I encourage people living in Richmond to go have a visit. I will be there to follow the torch relay and for the celebration
