Membership Drive 2011 Winners! Print E-mail

Thank you and congratulations!

The 2011 Membership Drive is now over. Thank you so much for your hard work and initiatives to expand our membership and our community. Remember, 80% of your memberships' fees comes right back to your local Chapter. Thanks to YOU, this means more fun events in schools, more resources for parents, teachers and students, and more extra-curricular activities in French for our kids!

And the winners are…

Thinking about joining CPF?

Information for non-members:

Why should you and your family join?

In addition to receiving provincial and national newsletters keeping you informed about French second language issues, you will receive discounts with reputable providers of French language products and services, and access to member-only events such as summer camps. But really, you should join because you care about your child’s education. Your membership gives CPF a stronger voice to advocate for access to quality FSL education with ministers and administrators at the national and provincial/territorial levels and with school boards in your community. Join for only $25/year or $60/3 years. Be sure to include your spouse/partner on your application form! Each family is entitled to two votes!

Why should your school, district or organization join as an associate member?

It is mandatory that schools and districts be members in order to send district winners of the Provincial Concours d’art oratoire. Associate members receive up to 10 copies of provincial and national newsletters and mailings to keep school staff and volunteers up-to-date on French Second Language education in BC, Yukon and across Canada, a $250 value. Associate members will be able to attend CPF conferences at member rates and will have access to the latest research in the members-only section of the CPF national website. Most importantly, though, membership demonstrates that schools, districts and organizations endorse the goals and activities of CPF.
