IMPORTANT NOTICE
This year we received requests totalling $122, 837.18 for over 112 socio-cultural events from chapters. This exceeds the funds we receive for these events by almost 65%, which meant that we could not approve many of the socio-cultural grants. Therefore, if you cancel an event, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reallocate the funds to a chapter that may need funds. Please note that your chapter must be up to date to receive funds. Original receipt must be numbered and mailed after your event.
Once you have a firm date for your event, please contact the office so that we can update our online calendar.If you have any questions about socio-cultural grants, please contact the office after JAN 4th, 2010.
To ensure that we comply with the requirements of our funding we are attaching a few documents that you will need for your events: Generic Invitation to Chapter socio-cultural event Generic Letter of invitation to dignitary to Chapter SC event Public SC thanks SC for CPF Chapter BC Socio-cultural Survey 2009-2010 The socio-cultural evaluation form will be available here on January 25, 2010.
