IMPORTANT NOTICE The number of funds requested exceeds the funds we receive for these events. If you cancel an event, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reallocate the funds to a chapter that may need funds. Each SC Grant is given the following statuses:
-Approved: Please proceed with your project
-Conditional. At this point, all the funds have been allocated to projects. If funding becomes available on account of cancellations, you may be eligible for a SC Grant. Additionally, CPF may require more details on your project subject to available funds. Contact 778.329.9115x317 for inquiries.
-Not Approved: You do not need to do anything. However, you can contact 778.329.9115x317 for inquiries. Please note that your chapter cannot substitute events. Original receipts must be numbered and mailed after your event.

Just as a reminder, to ensure that we comply with the requirements of our funding, you MUST complete the "Generic Invitation to Chapter socio-cultural event", "Generic Letter of invitation to dignitary to Chapter SC event", Public SC thanks SC for CPF Chapter and a summary of the SC Survey. Approved SC grants may be denied if this information is not included.
The socio-cultural evaluation form is now available HERE. Even if you did not have your event approved at this time, we encourage you to complete the SC evaluation form. If additional information funds become available, we will consider those applications that have been submitted.
